Marcelo recently reharmonized traditional tangos and recorded a CD with accompanying sheet music. He also accompanies tango singers, such as Maria Cangiano in the group Tango x 4.

Marcelo and Martin studied at the Classical Music Conservatory in Argentina. They devoted almost 10 years each to their studies. In order to perfect their musicianship they also studied at the San Martin Conservatory of Jazz and Contemporary Popular Music. They also studied with the best masters of tango and jazz in Argentina: Enrique Andreola, Dinah Galvan, Omar Moreno, Alejandro Correa and Hernan Merlo.

Carlos Bernales finished his master's in Composition and Piano in Queens College of New York. His primary research has been the music of different cultures of the world (Chinese, Indian, African) with a special focus on Latin American music, such as Tango, Andean, Afro-Cuban and Latin Jazz. As a pianist, Carlos Bernales has performed at the United Nations, Rutgers University, Mannes College and WBAI-99.5 FM. His works have been performed by the Americas Ensemble, the Mannes Orchestra and several other ensembles in the US. They have been broadcasted by NBC, WBAI-99.5 FM, MNN and Filarmonia Radio Station.

Martin was part of the Concertango quintet for three years. With the quintet, he participated in various festivals in Argentina, winning the Tango prize at the "pre-cosquin" festival. Buster Williams and Pedro Aznar can be listed among Martin's mentors.
